These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NexTrader AI website, waitlist, and platform (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly. You will not:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or connected systems;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Services or their infrastructure;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Services except as permitted by law; or
- Use the Services to harass, defraud, or harm others.
No personalized investment advice
NexTrader AI provides technology, market data, AI-assisted analysis, and educational information for research purposes only. Nothing in the Services constitutes personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, nor a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
No guarantee of outcomes
Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. NexTrader AI does not guarantee any particular result, profit, or performance. NexScore rankings, signal confidence levels, and analytics are informational and are not predictions of future returns. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- All activity that occurs under your account;
- Verifying data timing and key facts before acting on any information;
- Reviewing and confirming every trade you choose to execute; and
- Ensuring your use complies with the rules of your connected brokerage or exchange.
Brokerage and third-party services
NexTrader AI is non-custodial and does not hold your funds. When you connect a brokerage or exchange, you do so through third-party providers such as SnapTrade, and any resulting orders are executed in your own account. Your relationship with your brokerage, exchange, and connectivity providers is governed by their own terms and policies. NexTrader AI is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or accuracy of third-party services.
Intellectual property
The Services, including software, text, graphics, and the NexTrader AI name and marks, are owned by NexTrader AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be complete, timely, or accurate, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexTrader AI and its affiliates, providers, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
