NexTrader AI is committed to making its website and platform usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and work to improve the experience across our Services over time.

Standards we work toward

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the Level AA standard as a goal. These internationally recognized guidelines help make web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for a wide range of users.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML. We use meaningful structure — headings, landmarks, lists, and tables — so content is understandable to screen readers and other assistive technologies.
  • Keyboard navigation. Interactive elements are designed to be operable with a keyboard, and a skip link lets you jump directly to the main content.
  • Visible focus states. Focusable elements provide a visible focus indicator so you can track where you are on the page.
  • Color contrast. We aim for sufficient contrast between text and background in both light and dark modes.
  • Descriptive text. We use descriptive link text and provide alternative text for meaningful images.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the Services may not yet be fully accessible. Content provided by third parties — such as brokerage connection flows or embedded data — may not meet the same standards, and we may become aware of issues we have not yet resolved. We are working to identify and address these limitations, and we welcome feedback that helps us prioritize improvements.

How to report an issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have suggestions for improvement, please let us know through our contact page. When reporting an issue, it helps to include the page address, a description of the problem, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We will review your feedback and work to respond in a reasonable timeframe.
