This Privacy Policy explains how NexTrader AI (“NexTrader AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, join our early-access waitlist, or use our platform (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide. Details you share directly, such as your name, email address, and any messages you send us through forms or support requests.
  • Account and profile information. Information associated with an account you create, including preferences and settings.
  • Connection information. When you link a brokerage or exchange, we receive information necessary to enable the connection and display your positions, balances, and activity (see “Brokerage connections” below).
  • Usage and device information. Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Display market data, analytics, signals, and Leader rankings relevant to you;
  • Facilitate connections to your own brokerage or exchange accounts;
  • Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests;
  • Detect, prevent, and address security, fraud, and technical issues; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

NexTrader AI does not use your information to provide personalized investment advice and does not guarantee any trading or investment outcome.

Brokerage connections via SnapTrade (non-custodial)

NexTrader AI is non-custodial. When you connect a brokerage, we use SnapTrade, a third-party connectivity provider, to establish the link. Your funds remain in your own brokerage or exchange account at all times, and connection permissions are configured so that withdrawals are disabled. NexTrader AI cannot move or withdraw your funds.

Credentials used to establish connections are encrypted in transit and at rest. Information shared with SnapTrade is handled under SnapTrade’s own terms and privacy practices; we encourage you to review the relevant provider policies for details on how that data is processed.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, understand how the Services are used, and improve performance. Some cookies are essential for the site to function; others help us measure and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

  • With service providers who process data on our behalf (for example, hosting, analytics, and brokerage connectivity such as SnapTrade), under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
  • To comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests;
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of NexTrader AI, our users, or others; and
  • In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption of sensitive credentials in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals who are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement or to hold a brokerage account. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
