Risk Disclosure
Last updated:
This Risk Disclosure describes important risks associated with using NexTrader AI and with trading and investing generally. It is not exhaustive. You should read it carefully and consider your own circumstances before using the Services or making any financial decision.
Trading involves substantial risk, including loss of principal
The value of securities, cryptocurrencies, and other assets can rise or fall significantly and unpredictably. You may lose some or all of the money you invest. Leverage, volatility, and illiquidity can amplify losses. You should never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
No guarantee of profit
NexTrader AI does not guarantee any level of profit, return, or performance. NexScore rankings, signal confidence levels, benchmarks, and analytics are informational tools, not promises of results. A high NexScore or a high-confidence signal does not indicate that a trade will be profitable.
AI and model limitations
AI-assisted analysis and the AI Risk Governor can be incomplete, inaccurate, or wrong. Models may misread unusual or rapidly changing market conditions, rely on imperfect data, or produce outputs that do not fit your situation. AI assists your research; it does not decide for you. You remain responsible for reviewing and confirming every action.
Data-delay and data-quality risk
Market data availability and timing depend on your connected brokerage, exchange, and data provider, and may be real-time, delayed, or end-of-day depending on the source. Acting on delayed or inaccurate data can lead to unexpected results. Always confirm the timing and accuracy of any figure before you act on it.
Past performance is not indicative of future results
Any historical performance, ranking, or example shown in the Services reflects the past and does not predict or guarantee future outcomes. Market conditions change, and results that occurred previously may not recur.
Execution and third-party risk
NexTrader AI is non-custodial and does not hold your funds; trades you choose to make are executed in your own connected account through third-party providers such as SnapTrade. Connectivity issues, brokerage or exchange outages, latency, and errors outside our control may affect execution. Your relationship with those providers is governed by their own terms.
Suitability
Trading and investing are not suitable for everyone. Whether a strategy or product is appropriate depends on your objectives, experience, financial situation, and risk tolerance. You are solely responsible for determining whether any decision is suitable for you.
Consult a professional
Nothing in the Services is personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult a qualified, independent professional before making financial decisions. If you have questions about this disclosure, please reach out through our contact page.
